In more detail
Its eBLs are issued under a Customer and User Agreement, with standard e-bills governed either by Singapore law, including the Electronic Transactions (Amendment) Act 2021, or by English law and the Electronic Trade Documents Act 2023. The International Group of P&I Clubs first approved Secro in 2022, and its approved Secro terms include a Secro Interoperability Annex (v.20250603); Secro was not among the five platforms DCSA named on 4 June 2026 as having implemented the DCSA Standard Annex.
