In more detail
Its eBLs take legal effect either under the multilateral Databridge Services & Users Agreement (DSUA) or, since an IG approval announced on 10 November 2023, under the law of a jurisdiction that recognises eBLs, such as the UK Electronic Trade Documents Act 2023. The International Group of P&I Clubs lists it as an approved system; its interoperability with IQAX eBL, live since 19 March 2025, rests on a bilateral liability agreement rather than the DCSA Standard Annex.
